It is worth considering making exfoliation a regular part of your skincare routine, as it has many benefits. Note, however, that too much is never good, so also never use an exfoliator excessively and always with normal regularity.<\/p>\n

Thus, exfoliation acts as an excellent exfoliator, stimulating cell renewal. This, in turn, makes the skin feel firmer, smoother and softer. It prevents skin cells from accumulating and forming a thicker layer on the skin.<\/p>\n

Scrubbing can help prevent blemishes on the skin. A build-up of skin cells can cause a blockage in the pores, which could cause sebum to accumulate and cause pimples or blackheads.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, creams, lotions or ointments can be even better absorbed into the skin.<\/p>\n

    1. Wet; use the scrub with water<\/li>\n
    2. Dry; use the scrub without water until the product is absorbed into the skin. Remove remaining strawberry seeds with a dry cloth<\/li>\n
    3. Repeat weekly for optimal but healthy exfoliation<\/li>\n
